Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Contiguous United States Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Door moulding kits are 19.99 for the first kit and 9.99 for each kit thereafter.  Shipping rates for wall moulding kits vary by size and quantity ordered.

Local pickup

If you live in Southern California, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and entering code: “LocalPickUp” at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. 

For pickup of large panel frames, be sure the largest frame can lay flat in the vehicle in order to not damage the miters. If you prefer to use a courier service, please contact us for a recommendation.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with instructions. 

Our pickup hours are 9:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada 
  • United Kingdom

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luxe Architectural is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within ten days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at CustomerCare@LuxeArchitectural.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Luxe Architectural standard size moulding kits can be returned/exchanged within fourteen days as long as they are in their original condition and not previously installed. 

Please call 800.490.5893(LUXE) or email, CustomerCare@LuxeArchitectural.com to obtain an RA# and return address.   It is recommended that returning items be shipped insured, in the original packaging, and properly bubbled wrapped to avoid damage during transit. As soon as your item(s) are received, a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment, less our shipping costs. If items are damaged during return shipment, a refund will not be issued, and you would need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Buyer pays return shipping.

Custom sizes are non-refundable.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at CustomerCare@LuxeArchitectural.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
