Refund policy

Returns 

Luxe Architectural standard size moulding kits may be returned within fourteen days as long as your item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Sorry, custom sizes are non-returnable/refundable.

To complete your return, please call 800.490.5893(LUXE) or email, CustomerCare@LuxeArchitectural.com to obtain an RA#.  It is recommended that returning items be shipped insured, in the original packaging, and properly bubbled wrapped to avoid damage during transit. If returned items are damaged during transit, a refund will not be issued.

Buyer pays return shipping.

Custom sizes are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within three business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerCare@LuxeArchitectural.com and ship your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please call 800.490.5893(LUXE) or email, CustomerCare@LuxeArchitectural.com to obtain an RA# and return address.   It is recommended that returning items be shipped insured, in the original packaging, and properly bubbled wrapped to avoid damage during transit. As soon as your item(s) are received back in the original condition it was received, a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment, less our shipping costs. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. If returned items are damaged during transit, a refund will not be issued.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items

Any damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please email CustomerCare@LuxeArchitectural.com with your order #, pictures of the box's exterior, and any broken contents. If documentation, INCLUDING PICTURES OF THE BOX, is not received within 5 days, we regret that we cannot issue refunds or replacements. Thank you for your understanding.***
