Each Brooklyn Two Piece Wall Moulding Kit is handcrafted from premium Stain Grade Poplar, custom-milled in Southern California, and fully assembled by our finish carpenters.
The only reason it is discounted is that the pre-applied adhesive has expired.
Install it permanently with caulk, and you will receive the same real wood profiles, craftsmanship, and beautifully elongated proportions found throughout the Luxe Architectural® collection—at a considerably lower price.
This kit creates one complete Brooklyn wall moulding section with a tall upper moulding and coordinating lower moulding. Use it on a narrower wall, as a standalone architectural accent, or to extend a Brooklyn Six Piece Wall Moulding Kit across a longer wall.
Its taller proportions draw the eye upward, bringing height, structure, and a more dramatic architectural presence to the room.
The pre-applied adhesive on the back of these mouldings is past its recommended use period. For this reason, this sale kit is intended for permanent, caulk-in-place installation rather than installation using the adhesive alone.
The mouldings themselves are the same premium real wood profiles used across our website. They arrive fully assembled and ready to stain, prime and paint, or finish with milk paint.
To install, position the mouldings using the included layout instructions, then caulk around all edges to secure them and create a seamless, built-in look.
Because Luxe Architectural® profiles are consistent across our collections, sale and regularly priced kits can be mixed, matched, reordered, or used together to extend an existing layout.

For the easiest and most even result, we recommend staining or finishing your mouldings before installation.
Each Brooklyn Two Piece Wall Moulding Kit includes two fully assembled moulding pieces:
• (1) Tall Upper Moulding: 18” W × 54” H
• (1) Coordinating Lower Moulding: 18” W × 30” H
Every piece arrives fully assembled by our finish carpenters.
There is no cutting, mitering, angle measuring, gluing, nailing, or frame assembly required.
These discounted kits are intended for permanent, caulk-in-place installation.
To install:
Stain, paint, or finish the mouldings before installation, if desired.
Measure and mark your wall using the included instructions and worksheet.
Position each fully assembled moulding piece on the wall.
Caulk around all edges to secure the moulding and create a seamless, built-in finish.
This kit can be installed on smooth walls and walls with light-to-medium texture. On textured walls, caulking carefully around the entire perimeter is especially important for a secure, permanent installation.
